Job Title: Brow Bar Executive Manager

Summary:
As the Brow Bar Executive you will be responsible for the training, mentoring, and coaching of Retail Business Managers, Lead Sales Aestheticians and Brow Bar Aestheticians on all aspects of Brow Bar directive and strategy, expectations and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Training:
- Execute in store training visits with the Brow Bar team
- Assist with and / or conduct initial and seasonal Brow Bar Aesthetician trainings
- Assist Brow Bar management team in building a trained and knowledgeable team of Aestheticians through on site service and strategy training
- Ensure the Benefit motto (To Sit Down Customers Can Create Serious Activity) is actively being used for all training purposes
- Maintain the consistency and standards of The 8 Step Magic Formula, The 8 Step Magic Formula for Brow Bar Aestheticians, The Hand Off and all other Brow Bar Structure and strategy without exception
- Inspire and train Aestheticians by setting the example of excellent service and sales through team selling and team services
- Partner with and educate appropriate supervising management team members on the execution of all company directive and strategy
- Complete coaching paperwork after each in-store visit in partnership with supervising management, and review together with each individual coached that day
Leadership:
- Lead by example in store, through personal use of Benefit sales, service and operational strategy, as per company directive
- Teach, coach, motivate and develop Brow Bar teams on all aspects of Benefit sales, service and operational strategy, guidelines and expectations, as per company directive
- Partner with supervising Account Executive, contribute to the growth, learning and success of Retail Business Managers, Lead Sales Aestheticians, Aestheticians, Brow Bar Counter Managers and Brow Bar Beauty Artists
- Always be approachable and an effective communicator, expressing company directives and information clearly and effectively
- Educate and motivate others through supportive partnership
- Support the opening of new doors and Brow Bar development/strategy in Canada
- Assist in the recruitment of team members
Communication & Relationships:
- Establish and maintain continuing and effective partnership with supervising management team
- Establish and maintain first rate working relationships with retail partners and counter teams
- Work closely with internal team members to grow Benefit Brow Bar strategy and success in Canada
Results:
- Accountable for targeted daily/monthly/yearly service sales targets and percentage growth
- Accountable for monthly/yearly travel and expense budget

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years retail experience
- Minimum 3 years experience managing multiple retail locations concurrently
- Proven sales and service goal achievement
- Proficient at reading and analyzing a budget; ability to manage a budget
- Proven sales and customer service track record
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Adept at problem solving
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Daily access to a vehicle is required
- Daily access to a personal computer with an internet connection is required
- Ability to receive and store collateral is required for the role
